Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was asked by a reporter about his opinion on Donald Trump calling for military action against protesters and, perhaps searching his thoughts for the most diplomatic response, paused for 21 seconds. Trudeau eventually said he was horrified by what was happening in America.
