Here at Digg, we try our best to cover the most important and confounding memes that come across the timeline. But the web is littered with tons of great memes that never quite hit the mainstream and instead just bounce around the weird corners of Twitter or Reddit. Enter our recurring feature, Memes, Ranked.
This week we've got a celebrity baby mama drama for you to catch up on, some jokes about England at the expense of the royal loss, we welcome in the heir apparent to Trisha Paytas's throne and a new era dawns upon us.
4. In My Slut Era
The meme
Sometime back in April, actor Dylan O'Brien tweeted "slut era." He later explained why. It's hard to say if O'Brien's tweet inspired this trend, but I don't mind crediting him for putting those two words together and inspiring everyone.
Examples

3. Adam Levine's DMs
The meme
Where do we begin? Adam Levine, face of pop band Maroon 5, former coach on the "The Voice," husband to Behati Prinsloo and father of two (with more coming) children was caught with allegations of infidelity and subsequent baby-name drama with his alleged mistress.
Stroh revealed that she had an affair with Levine when she was "young" and "naïve" and shared images of chats between the two, in which Levine messaged her to ask if he could name his and Prinsloo's new baby "Sumner."
@sumnerstroh embarrassed I was involved w a man with this utter lack of remorse and respect. #greenscreen ♬ original sound - Sumner Stroh
Levine has since addressed the situation by denying he had an affair, but admitting that he "crossed a line."

2. Trisha Paytas's Baby
The meme
On September 8, the Queen of the United Kingdom died aged 96. People then decided that internet personality Trisha Paytas — who had gone into labor a day before — had given birth and that the Queen had been reincarnated as the YouTuber’s baby. From there, a beautiful meme was born.
(Trisha actually gave birth on September 15, and called the baby Malibu Barbie — so naturally, Twitter made memes about that too.)

1. Royal Funeral Queue
The meme
Last week, a massive line of mourners assembled in London to pay their final respects to Queen Elizabeth II at Westminster Hall (reportedly more than 250,000 people). The phenomenon took on a life of its own and became known as "The Queue."
Queue is such a great word. The actual important letter, and then four more silently waiting behind it in a line.
— Ben Rathe (@benrathe) September 14, 2022
There even became a queue to see the queue.
Are you ready for the most British of British things ever? 🇬🇧
— Rachael Venables (@rachaelvenables) September 13, 2022
This is the Queue of journalists waiting to interview the Queuers, who are already lining up in the rain 24 hours early to see the Queen lying in state. pic.twitter.com/dm27baGQQy
Netizens observed that Great Britain ended up becoming divided into two factions: the people who were waiting in the queue, and the people watching the "queue people."
There are two types of people in the UK right now:
— Emma Henderson (@emmashenderson) September 14, 2022
1. The people in the queue
2. The people watching the queue with fascination
There's reports that people are arriving to just look at "The Queue". Not join it. Just look at it.
— Mike Hughes (@mike_hooz) September 14, 2022
If too many people do that, they'll need to set up a queue to look at "The Queue".
Numerous jokes and memes began flooding in as people continued to wait their turn to see the dearly departed monarch.

If you watch every episode of "The Crown" back-to-back, it takes 28hrs 58minutes, which means if you do it in the queue and take an hour for lunch, you'll arrive at her coffin perfectly on time to be a 'live' final episode.
