SpaceX Reportedly Approached Cognition About Acquisition
Scott Wu rejects Bloomberg report claiming SpaceX sought to buy the AI firm.
Bloomberg reported that SpaceX held acquisition talks with Cognition after the Cursor deal. Cognition CEO Scott Wu stated directly that the report is not true. He added that the company is not for sale and has not been in talks with SpaceX. Posts on X shared the Bloomberg scoop along with Wu's denial and similar statements from other Cognition executives.
SpaceX approached Cognition about a potential acquisition according to reporting from Bloomberg. I will note Elon may deny these reports, as he often does.

@ScottWu46 @wholemars What Scott says is accurate. We haven’t talked with Cognition about anything except making sure Grok works well for their needs.
