A Guy Is Blaming President Biden For The $19 Cookie He Bought, And People Have Questions
The main one being: where are you buying these?

Americans are entitled to hold their elected president responsible for many things — but the personal decision to buy extortionately priced baked goods is not one of them.

Last week, president Biden posted on X that inflation is "the lowest it has been in nearly three years." X user and entrepreneur Reza Chowdhury disagreed, and used the rising price of a cookie (brand not disclosed) to make his point.

"I just paid $18.75 for a cookie. It was $17.75 last month and $15.75 in late December," he said. "Before you became president, it was $3.75."

It's baffling that anyone would spend $15 or $17 dollars on a cookie, let alone almost $19. Where even sells cookies this expensive, and why does he keep going back?

The guy is voluntarily shelling out ludicrous amounts of money for baked treats, then coming online to complain about it — and act like it's the government's fault. The rest of X was just as confused as we were.
