Nicki Minaj fans, commonly referred to as "barbs," have made headlines in the past for violent behavior, resulting sometimes in even tragic death. Recently, another extreme incident, involving a barb known online as jazmineonika2 on X, has sparked controversy.

After jazmineonika2 picked a fight with X user popsongaesthete, the two exchanged video replies, and popsongaesthete instigated the that the fight be taken offline, revealing their home address.

It appears that jazmineonika2 recorded himself booking a flight from LA to Arizona. Upon arriving at popsongaesthete's house, jazmineonika2 was confronted by popsongaesthete's dad, who did not back down and called the cops.

Officers interviewed jazmineonika2 and released him without any charges.

After all of this drama, popsongaesthete posted on X that jazmineonika2 "has autism" and wasn't "aware of the consequences of his actions." Popsongaesthete added that he wanted to help jazmineonika2 get the "help that he needs." In a response, jazmineonika2 did admit that he was mildly Autistic, and that all of this was for "clout." Sometime after their exhchange, popsongaesthete's account was from X for violating company rules.

Now, the story has come to an end after it appears that jazmineonika2 returned home and celebrated this as a victory.. However, many netizens were quick to point out that he still burnt through hundreds of dollars, and could've been arrested. Before getting banned, popsongaesthete said that the drama had gone too far and X should remain a safe space for music discussions — but fans pointed out that his address escalation sparked the whole damn thing. Nicki Minaj has yet to respond to this incident.
