EA has scheduled Battlefield 6’s Server Browser for December 8, when Season 5’s Frozen Aces update arrives. The same update is set to add Platoons and Operation High Roller, refresh Blackwell Fields and New Sobek City, and expand the sandbox with new gear and the B-81 Cavalry.
CharlieIntel reports that the browser will cover official and player-hosted servers. Its post says players will be able to create persistent servers and set the map rotation. EA’s roadmap confirms the date and the Server Browser itself, but it does not yet spell out those hosting and settings details. The publisher says more information will be shared closer to launch.
Season 5 is due to begin October 13 with the Vegas Strip and Area 51 maps, plus the faster-paced Rapid Royale mode for REDSEC.
