Good old Vox, consistently presenting assertions as fact. Home ownership is now out of reach. The problem is a lot of people want to live places they can't afford. It is not a function of supply. It is not a function of "restrictive" zoning, not that it is actually a thing because it is not. It is a function of people wanting to live where they want to live versus where they should. The numbers are clear.
