The Panera restaurant chain is in legal trouble following the second death associated with their new highly caffeinated lemonade. Each large serving packs a punch with approximately 390 milligrams of caffeine, equivalent to four cups of coffee or six espresso shots.

While the FDA deems this caffeine level generally safe, NPR highlights potential risks for individuals with underlying cardiac conditions or high blood pressure.
