For those of us who use a service cat - the Savannah Cat breed is loyal, smart, and easy to train. They can go anywhere except federal installations as the government only makes allowances for people with religious exceptions to dogs and does not consider those allergic to dogs. It is up to each state, county, and city to pass laws to allow other animal breeds to be accepted as service animals.
