Recognizing that Autism is a spectrum, Trevor Carroll shared that despite what the general public thinks, he actually feels emotions quite harshly, despite his "flat and emotionless" appearance.

Carroll adds that some Autistic people are so overwhelmed by their emotions, they get stuck in their feelings, often too over stimulated to begin expressing how they feel.
