        BUT...everyone, repeat everyone who's covered since is covering Jeff Buckley's cover. Barely anyone had ever heard the song until Jeff Buckley blew the song out of the water. Great songwriting. Major props to one of the best songwriters, Leonard Cohen, undoubtedly, but take a listen to Mr. Cohen's original recording.
