We're only about a week away from a brand new year, so now's the time to start planning what you want to achieve over the next 12 months. For us, we think we're going to take up cyclic sighing.
But what about the rest of the US? Statista performed a survey of over 400 Americans to see where their priorities were for 2024. Here's what they found.
Key Findings:
-
Saving money has skyrocketed to the top of the pack with a whopping 59 percent of responses. The cost of living issue really is taking up a lot of brain space, it seems.
-
More exercise has 50 percent followed quickly by eating healthier at 47 percent โ both of which are perennial goals for much of the country.
-
Less time on social media hit 19 percent, and that makes sense considering how absolutely insufferable it has become.
