TLDR

Ramp says it went from logging about 300 feature requests by hand each month to capturing 20,000 with Glass. The tool also prioritizes requests and emails customers when something they asked for ships; Ramp says it has sent over 5,000 such emails. Another post says Glass connects to Linear, Notion, Slack and Gong.

Santiago@svpinoEvery company I know is either building or looking to buy something that puts their data, people, and agents on the same page. I haven't tried Glass, so I can't speak about how it works, but the idea is the right one: You won't get a symphony by giving your employees the most expensive instruments. Tokens and models alone are not enough. (I'm paraphrasing the article here.) We need effective ways for our models to learn from the past and automatically improve.1h
elvis@omarsar0This is a good example of what a company brain unlocks and how it compounds. You want it so that when someone on your team figures out a great prompt, skill, or workflow, the whole company can build on it. @tryramp just launched Glass to help with this. It’s connected to tools like Linear, Notion, Slack, and Gong.1h
Rohan Paul@rohanpaul_aiEvery company I’m aware of is either building or seeking to buy something that places their data, people, and agents on the same page. Ask a model how many U.K. customers your company has added, and it will probably count U.S. companies that have U.K. offices. Ramp’s Glass got that question right because Finance had corrected the definition months earlier. The correction sits in a shared knowledge layer that every employee’s session reads from. It puts a shared, editable layer of company knowledge in front of whichever model you run: definitions, saved Skills, and connections to Linear, Notion, Google, Slack and Gong. The model is swappable by design. Glass runs open or closed models, and Ramp’s position is that you switch the day a better one ships.33m
