When I'm scrolling through my digg feed I reach a certain point where older diggs suddenly disappear and it scrolls me back up higher on the page. If I scroll down a bit I reach "the end" and I can't scroll any further. I need to refresh the page to get it working again. Using Br

@vinaypAlright, so I have done a lil bit of research about creating a community on Digg. Apparently, the option to create communities is being gradually rolled out to regions, and I (India) still dont see it. Just wanted to double check if Iam right. Thank you!
