Why did community banners become darker with the new iOS update?

I’ve noticed that community banners have become significantly darker following the most recent iOS update. This doesn’t seem intentional; as you can clearly see in the second screenshot, the banner should be displayed at full brightness.

Unfortunately, today’s update seems to have caused this issue, and I’m seeing it across both of my community banners. Is anyone else experiencing this?
