​This morning, heavy thunderstorms and flash floods caused quite a bit of chaos in the Washington Metro system as massive leaks made it difficult for commuters to access the stations.

 

All the heavy rain also formed a veritable waterfall right smack in the middle of the tracks in Virginia Square station.

 

And here's a video of the train going straight through the waterfall:
