Go Behind The Scenes Of Medieval Times With Some Medieval Vines
HORSING AROUND
·Updated:
·

If you've never been to a show at Medieval Times before, your childhood was pretty much a waste. That being said, Medieval Times is still pretty damn great as an adult because of things like mead and grog and because eating with your hands is fun at any age.

But did you ever wonder what it's like to be a knight at medieval times? Are they friends with the horses? Do they get to hang with his highness the king? How many swords do they each own? Slow down squire! One question at a time. They don't just let anyone pick up a mace and start yelling about revenge.

Anyway, Medieval Times' Vine account offers a pretty awesome look at what life is like inside the castle.

Throwing spears at things is cool.

HPOV

Falcons are ticklish.

Tickling the falcon is not a euphemism.

Save a horse, ride your friends.

The king is just two pumpkins in a velvet robe.

The King *does* even lift.

The Iron Throne is a heavy burden.

Jousting 101: Put the big long stick into the tiny hole.

It is tougher than it looks.

Horses love kissing.

Some of my best friends are horses!

Though you can't trust every horse you see.

*SCREAMS AT OWN HORSE*

Fighting battles is not as tough as it looks.

Someone get the holy hand grenade.

Okay, yes it is.

You gotta be fast to be a knight.

Get these guys to the Green Hill Zone.

If you can't make it as a knight, you can always be "the whip guy."

Whip the shit out of that whip.

Or, worst case scenario, you end up as the jester at the bar.

My life could have gone down this path quite easily.
