New York Comic Con is officially underway, and subways, sidewalks, and streets are filled with cosplayers made up like their favorite TV, movies, video games, comic books, and anime characters. A lot of time and preparation goes into creating these personalized works of art and the costs can quickly add up, even for what appears to be a simple costume.
