MONOPOLY: Toledo edition?

I saw an article on the former local daily newspaper's site that a company is looking to make a localized edition of Monopoly. They are taking suggestions on what places/companies to add on their site. It's not being done by Parker Brothers/Milton Bradley/Hasbro but interesting nonetheless.

Area people always tout the zoo, the museum, and the metroparks. What are some lesser talked about Toledo-ish things that are noteworthy?
