Microsoft reportedly plans to cut eight Copilot actions from File Explorer’s right-click menu for eligible OneDrive files

Eight Copilot actions in File Explorer’s right-click menu for eligible OneDrive files are slated for removal, Wccftech reports, citing Windows Latest’s account of a Microsoft 365 Message Center announcement. The rollout is planned to start in mid-November 2026, with worldwide removal expected by early December. The “Ask Copilot” entry, the Copilot icon in File Explorer Home and the OneDrive activity center will still provide access to Copilot.
