Grok Imagine releases seven-minute ‘Odyssey’ episode after Musk’s full-length film promise
TechCrunch says some shots look convincing, but finds the footage short on artistry and human interest.
TLDR
TechCrunch reports that Grok Imagine released seven minutes of its AI-generated ‘Odyssey,’ now billed as Episode 1 of a series, three months after Elon Musk promised a full-length film. Made with Wonder Studios and director Dev Walker, the footage drew mixed reviews: TechCrunch says some shots look realistic but lack human interest, while Gizmodo likens it to a trailer or video-game intro rather than a coherent film.
