Trebellar has raised an $18 million Series A to expand its software for managing corporate real estate portfolios.
The company announced that Blossom Capital led the round, with participation from Haystack, Alt Capital, 1Flourish and Bynd. Trebellar plans to expand its engineering and go-to-market teams.
A shared system for property decisions
Trebellar describes its product as an AI-native system that combines information from otherwise separate real-estate tools. Large companies often track leases, utilization, operating costs and workplace plans in different databases and spreadsheets.
The platform is intended to turn those sources into a live view of a portfolio and preserve a record of decisions and outcomes. That makes the pitch less about generating text and more about giving facilities and finance teams a common operating layer.
The funding will test enterprise demand
Founders Diego Ferreiro Val and David Garcia Quintas are targeting global enterprises with complex property footprints. The company says the new money will also support further AI capabilities and customer growth.
The round establishes investor backing and Trebellar's expansion plan, but it does not independently verify the savings or decision quality customers may achieve. The next test is whether the company can integrate messy enterprise data reliably and show that a shared system produces better occupancy, cost and planning decisions.
