I prefer fully open licenses, but this seems like a reasonable middle ground. Only major restriction is if you're going to compete with them on inference at large scale. Thank you, Moonshot!

The one criticism I might have for this license is that it likely limits the integration of Kimi K3 on integrated finetuning services like Tinker or PI, which I think is probably not ideal for accessibility to independent researchers. Maybe good terms are available, though.
