Take transit to the Seahawks’ victory parade – Seattle Transit Blog

Seattle Transit Blog provides information on how to take transit to the Seahawks’ victory parade on Wednesday, February 11. The parade will begin at 11am near King Street Station and proceed north to 4th and Cedar. Transit agencies are expecting hundreds of thousands of attendees and are coordinating to provide extra service to get attendees to and from the event. Key changes to bus service, Link 1 Line trains, Sounder trains, and Sound Transit Express buses are planned. Additional Water Taxi sailings and Fast Ferry service will also be running all day. Alex Pretti memorial bike ride

There was an Alex Pretti memorial bike ride in Minneapolis today. Thousands rode in the cold. I did a parallel ride in shirtsleeves. Seattle was over 50 today. I did some birdwatching, too. I saw a crane.

Hot air balloons in Seattle

This was a really neat event at the Seattle! Excited for the next hot air balloon in downtown Seattle in June! Called Seattle Ballooning’s hot air balloon spectacular. Last year 15k people showed up. This year we expect 20k-25k. Should epic.
