Standard Notes and Proton

Why did Proton AG acquire SN but not made it part of the bundle? Why not welcome a new fully-developed product to the ecosystem? I see that the current priorities for Proton are Drive, Docs and Sheet but there is no announcement for the future plans to include the finished note app into the suite, which would make sense. Any insights?
