Apple accounts - what do you use for MFA

This has been a bit of a challenge for us. We have several Apple accounts used for ABM or cert renewals for MDM. We have to register a mobile/landline for MFA. There is no TOTP option, which is stupid and very unlike Apple and their "security first" marketing. Curious

Lots of users unable to use Outlook, Exchange admin wouldn’t load, now admin dashboard as well.

ProofPoint Essentials migrating to Hornet Security

Got the email that PPE will be migrating to Hornet Security over Q1 2026 since they acquired them last year. I do not really know much about Hornet, is it any good? Should we be looking at moving to something else?
