ESPN reporter says Mike McDaniel still 'very much likes' OC openings

According to ESPN NFL reporter Jeff Darlington, former Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel is still interested in offensive coordinator openings, including the Detroit Lions' position. McDaniel values a great OC opportunity more than a not-great head coaching vacancy, as reported by Fox NFL reporter Greg Auman. He has interviewed for the Lions' OC vacancy and is expected to interview for the Philadelphia Eagles' OC vacancy as well. McDaniel will also interview with the Las Vegas Raiders for their OC job. The Lions are currently in the midst of a coaching search for their offensive coordinator after firing John Morton.
