Coverage
Home Service Club covers over 33 explicitly mentioned items, including built-in systems such as air conditioning, heating, electrical, plumbing, water heater, instant hot/cold water dispenser, central vacuums, smoke detectors, doorbells, ceiling fans, ductwork, sump pump, and telephone wiring.

If a repair fails within the first 30 days of service, Home Service Club will send a contractor back to fix the issue at no additional cost. However, beyond those 30 days, customers will need to pay a new service fee for any additional repairs.
