‘You Can See Everything’ reportedly earns $6.1 million on second Friday after theater expansion

A24’s documentary ‘You Can See Everything’ earned about $6.1 million on its second Friday, Oct. 23, according to posts from Gitesh Pandya and ERC Box Office. Pandya put the Friday figure at $6.15 million and reported that the film had expanded from 855 to 2,655 theaters. ERC rounded Friday’s take to $6.1 million and put the cumulative gross at $31.7 million.

An Oct. 22 report by Anthony D’Alessandro for Deadline put the film’s opening weekend at $15.6 million. For its second weekend, Pandya projected a gross in the $18 million area, which he expected would push the 10-day total above $42 million. Later on Oct. 24, BoxOffice listed an early $20 million weekend estimate, and ERC Box Office labeled its own $20 million projection ‘too early.’

A separate Friday domestic estimate listed $6,146,325 for the day and $31,791,801 cumulatively. Its Friday figure is close to the other reported figures, but its cumulative figure differs from ERC’s rounded $31.7 million. The second-weekend numbers remain forecasts, not final grosses.
