Apple TV announces first two 'Nocturne' episodes are streaming

Apple TV announced on Oct. 30, 2026 that the first two episodes of Nocturne were streaming. In TV Insider's premiere recap and interview, Meredith Jacobs follows both the search for a missing girl and imprisoned serial killer Jurek's growing influence over hospital worker Karl. Spoilers for episodes 1 and 2 follow.

According to TV Insider, Jurek (Stephen Graham) claims to know who took Felicia, the missing girl. Jonah (Liev Schreiber), who worked the original case, goes to see him, while Jonah's goddaughter Saga (Zazie Beetz) decides to go undercover. Elsewhere in the hospital, nurse Karl (Rory Culkin) is moved to a restricted unit where Jurek is the only permanent resident. Despite warnings not to tell Jurek anything about himself, Karl shares his favorite song and secretly mails something to Jurek's lawyer.
