Apple TV has renewed Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars for Season 3, confirming the news on November 6, 2026. The culinary docuseries is sticking around to document how an excellent dinner can also be a very stressful career milestone. SourceSource

Hosted by TopJaw co-founder Jesse Burgess, with Gordon Ramsay as an executive producer, the series follows chefs around the world pursuing Michelin recognition. That means attempts to earn a first star, add more or retain the ones already awarded. Getting the star doesn't end the story. Keeping it is its own sequel. Source

Burgess said in comments quoted by The Hollywood Reporter: “Behind every restaurant is a very personal journey, and for the chefs we follow, a Michelin Star can represent years of sacrifice, obsession and an enormous amount of hard work.” Source
