Tonalic by Celemony

The creators of Melodyne have a new product that just came out called Tonalic. It is pretty cool conceptually, it uses the note transition properties of Melodyne and ties it to musical instrument performances by real studio musicians. So essentially you could take a cool guitar part and it will map itself into your existing song and be in the right key. Think of it like loops that can transform on a note to note basis. There is a one month trial for a dollar.
