No such thing as bad weather, just bad gear... right?

I run a year-round league in Michigan, and yesterday was definitely one of the tougher rounds of the season. Wind chills well below zero, 5 inches of snow on the teepads to be shoveled, and then we played 18 holes in just over 3 hours. Any other die-hards out there? What are your equipment are must haves for you when Old Man Winter wants to tempt you to stay indoors?
