Update Community About Bug

Hi team! I manage the /birds community and I've been trying to update our About section, but have run into a strange issue where some text updates successfully, while others may not.

I included 3 screenshots to demonstrate the observable behavior.

Right now it looks like Screenshot 1. If I attempt to update the description to to Screenshot 2, I get an error. But if I attempt to add simple text like in Screenshot 3, it works fine.

The same thing happens on both desktop and mobile (iOS).

I wonder if this is a weird text parsing issue, or something else?
