As someone who is trying very hard to keep and maintain engagement / growth in my own community, , it can absolutely be a struggle and a grind sometimes, especially right now in these early stages. I have seen some amazing individuals give it their all, like over at , and over at , and it's paying off!

But for all of you lurkers who have no desire to run a community, please don't hesitate to post something. Say something nice. Post a picture. I don't care. I have post notifications on for and whenever someone posts, I get a push notification, and it feels like a little tiny victory. Engagement is key.
