1.6.8 is out on iOS and Android

1.6.8 is out on iOS and Android and includes the following updates + bug fixes.

• You can now subscribe to new posts in communities so you never miss activity in the spaces you care about

• The founder's name in the community details now links directly to their profile, making it easier to learn more about who started the community

• The Create Community option is now hidden when you are not eligible to create one, to reduce confusion around community limits and account requirements

• We have improved how community creation limits are counted, making it more accurate and consistent across accounts
