Amazon doubles down on online grocery delivery and Whole Foods Market expansion to reach more customers
I still think Amazon has a lot of growth potential expanding into new markets, we will see where this goes.
Amazon is doubling down on online grocery delivery and Whole Foods Market expansion. The company plans to close Amazon Go and Amazon Fresh physical stores to prioritize investment in growth areas. Amazon offers fast, convenient grocery delivery in over 5,000 U.S. cities and towns, including thousands served by Same-Day Delivery. Whole Foods Market will open 100+ new stores over the next few years, including expansion of Whole Foods Market Daily Shop. Amazon is committed to continuously innovating on behalf of customers and focusing investments where it can meaningfully make customers’ lives better and easier.
