Serra Auto scam - Porsche with dead engine sold to women

Hi community,

I am sharing a crazy story about Serra Auto Campus which sold a bad Porsche Macan to a pregnant women.

The Porsche Macan had rough idle at delivery then the engine completely died about ~2000 miles later - inspection showed the camshaft had missing pieces from it.

They f*** big time a pregnant women because the car failed during her delivery and pregnancy.

Chris Shade from Serra Auto said that this is "unfortunate" and declined any responsability.

The car was serviced during lifetime with them, and also last service was with them.

Service which insepected the car and found the bad camshaft said they 100% knew about it because on last oil change they should've seen pieces of metal in the oil.

Anyone had anything similar?

What can be done?

Serra Auto seems to have very bad reviews on carfax, cars.com etc..
