I don’t understand the etiquette of cross posting on Digg
Some people like it some people don’t. What’s the consensus for different scenarios?
Scenario 1-similar topics
For instance, if you post the same thing on /finance and /money is that allowed, say if you’re the active member of /money
Scenario 2-squatters
Youre the only active poster in the space. Let’s say if /aita is squatted and you have /aitah, but you post frequently. can you cross posting is your stuff to relevant communities?
Scenario 3-relevant content
You post consistently in /car-enthusiast and you have a helpful finance tip that you can post in /carenthusiast as well as /finance should that be allowed?
Trying to see what’s allowed and what isn’t. Seems like Digg is much more open to cross posting than Reddit
