Fix the iOS keyboard before the timer hits zero or I'm switching back to Android

As a long time iOS user (since the first gen iPod Touch), this hits home with me really hard. The keyboard has been getting worse for years. What does Digg think of the current state of the default iOS keyboard, and are there any alternative keyboards that maybe solve some of the common grievances?
