Also to jump from some reasonable number to $500 million in a month, you'd need tens of thousands of engineers to suddenly go from barely using Claude to spending thousands of dollars per month. Technology doesn't diffuse that fast in any big organization.

This is equivalent to the salaries of like 20,000 engineers. No one at a big company has the authority to spend that much money by accident.
