    FLUX 3 Image Klein launches with open weights and a 5.6B-parameter model

    BFL says it runs on a single consumer GPU and offers native 4K generation, bounding boxes and pixel-perfect editing.

    TLDR

    BFL launched FLUX 3 Image Klein with base and distilled open weights, plus quantized versions it says can run on GPUs and laptops with 8 GB of VRAM. It also offers the distilled model through its API with native 4K generation, bounding boxes and pixel-perfect editing. In its internal evaluations, BFL says Klein scored higher than Qwen Image 2.1 on text-to-image and multi-reference generation while costing less.
