FLUX 3 Max unveiled with a three-week 75%-off offer on October 19, 2026

Fal introduced FLUX 3 Max on Oct. 19 as a video model post-trained by fal Research in partnership with Black Forest Labs. Black Forest Labs said fal adapted and optimized its FLUX 3 model to create Max. Fal claims it generates a 10-second, 720/768p video in about 12 seconds.

Artificial Analysis ranked Max No. 2 on AA-Video-I2V v1.1, statistically tied for No. 1, and No. 4 on AA-Video-T2V v2.1. It placed ahead of base FLUX 3 on both. The evaluator tested the high reasoning level and described support for five- to 20-second, 720p videos with native audio, generated from a text prompt or starting image.

The rankings also show differences between capabilities. In its , Artificial Analysis said Max scored highest of any model in Physics, while Camera Control and Human Anatomy were its furthest capabilities from the frontier.
