I'm not asking you to cower.

I'm asking you to realize that it is structurally a losing position to argue that a delaware c3 is somehow "publicly accountable"-- let alone one filing a form 990 rather than a form 990-PF to sidestep any disbursement requirement -- in the face of rising bipartisan calls to nationalize/tax-to-death/or otherwise mess with your progress.

I broadly believe the technology you are building is going to be good for the world. I also believe that the factor input to scaling laws that is most sparse right now is public and political good will.

and each week the labs fail to recognize this fact and claim any degree of "public accountability" in this current structure is a week where the window for the prosperous agi future we both want is closing
