2) Berkeley Professor Stuart Russell is also expected to appear as an expert witness in support of the necessity defense, specifically element (1): that OpenAI's activities pose an imminent threat.
Those elements are: 1) Wynd acted to prevent an imminent threat 2) Wynd lacked adequate legal remedy 3) The harm prevented was greater than the harm caused 4) Wynd believed her actions were necessary and this belief was reasonable 5) Wynd did not create the emergency
