friend spent $11k on GLP-1 so i made a calculator

He's been on a GLP-1 pen for a while and lost 71 lbs… which is awesome. But he is paying everything out of pocket - couldn't get insurance to cover it. I keep thinking there's gotta be better options out there? Like some public health support or something? He won't say it but
