cbsnews.com — Nine “high profile” passport files were accessed more than a hundred times according to a new report from the State Department's Inspector General. Officials will not reveal the list of "high profile" individuals whose passports were repeatedly accessed but CBS News has learned that 1 of the most frequently accessed files was of musician Beyonce

Besides, there's plenty of people watching someone like Beyonce's credit. Your average joe wouldn't notice as much as these people would.
