Man Arrested After Pumping Gas Into An Imaginary Car

msnbc.msn.com — According to the arrest report, Metro Police arrived at a gas station at First and Jefferson streets in Louisville and immediately smelled marijuana coming from Joshua L. Moore, who station clerks contend was filling up an imaginary vehicle.

        The money and cell phone shouldn't be an indicator of intent to distribute, but having more than one bag certainly can be.

          Most ecstasy I've encountered or that was praised supposedly contained mescaline or LSD. I cannot speak authoritatively as much of my understanding is from deduction or word-of-mouth but everyone considered the varieties with the most substances as the best ones and I assumed that the various combinations of substances accounted for much of the diversity in branding/affects.

          It may be true that it doesn't [often] contain heroin but I stand by my assertion that it often has mescaline, LSD and other substances (depending on which type you get and who sells it to you)

          However even if I am mistaken on the details, my original point still stands: ecstasy does contain other substances than MDMA and it can cause hallucination

Usually the pills will have something with an affect at least slightly similar to MDMA, such as amphetamines, caffeine, methamphetamines, etc. Mescaline's hard enough to find on its own, and I seriously doubt that most people who use ecstasy would want a powerful psychedelic mixed in.

          Also, other factors like individual body chemistry and such have to be considered... Personally I've never had solid visuals from it but I don't reject the possibility that some people might have different experiences. Anyway, I wouldn't classify it as a hallucinogen if it were up to me, I was just pointing out that a few experts do because some people seem to hallucinate to some degree

          I don't know what the illicit drug market is like where you are from but at the coastal beach cities where I mostly partook, that's how it went. People would have a variety, we'd ask the difference and be told "these have x, these have x + y with a little bit of z for a kick" etc

      However, the article says that he had two bags of weed. Once you have more than you can claim to be "for personal use" or it is split into more than one package, then they can claim intenet to distribute. If you had a pound in one bag, or two eighths or anything like that, you're getting ITD.

What his lawyer told the judge was that he was making his annual trip to purchase his personal stash for the year. Here in Nebraska you can have up to 1 lb. and its still considered a misdemeanor with 7 days jail and only a $500 fine. It varies between states.

          But the general rule is to be sure to have only one bag. Your definition is definitely correct, but over the years the DEA and other law enforcement agencys have used the word to basically mean illicit or the highest controlled levels of prescription and non prescription drugs CIs & CIIs. But that is way the article states MORE narcotics. I am not defending the practice of screwing up the definition or anything. This is just where we are today on it.
