- brownsound00, on 07/01/2009, -0/+35Best part is... us Indians are immune to spice
- DocHoliday22, on 06/30/2009, -1/+27The strategy is to throw chilli bombs into an unruly crowd to subdue them with burning agony at which point a new crowd eneters and breaks into a song and dance....
It won't work. - storycipher, on 06/29/2009, -0/+21Perhaps the troops can disarm the grenades and spice up their MRE's when things are slow on the home front!
- vishious, on 06/29/2009, -1/+21I'll throw one of these in next time I make some curry.
- SarcasticPirate, on 07/01/2009, -0/+18Upon hearing this news, Pakistani scientists are frantically attempting counter this deadly new weapon by making antacid in grenade form.
- soez, on 07/01/2009, -0/+14Red Hot Chili Grenades?
- maz2331, on 07/01/2009, -0/+8Uh, so it's like pepper spray that's been around for decades?
- gerbil20, on 07/01/2009, -1/+9But the real trouble will begin when soldiers will go and urinate after handling this grenade. (Don't ask me how I know).
- DouglasQ, on 06/30/2009, -1/+8For use in India's 'prankster' division.
- MrCrissypoo, on 07/01/2009, -3/+9Is that really funny?

- ell0bo, on 07/01/2009, -0/+5i was thinking the water truck will also have a few gallons of milk on stand by from now on.
- gopoindexter, on 07/01/2009, -0/+5BAM!
- stutimandal, on 06/30/2009, -6/+11and knowing how fast DRDO (India) works, this will take 20 years before it is used in actual situation.
- mushrooms538, on 07/01/2009, -0/+4Reminds me of Russell Peters:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mb5B8GeDe2U&fea ... - sulthernao, on 07/01/2009, -0/+4Damn it, I was going to post that!
- TexMexRex, on 07/01/2009, -0/+4Yes, much better to stick with the regular frag gernades. Point taken.
- lnxfi, on 07/01/2009, -0/+3I knew my jambalaya was missing something.
- doc101, on 07/01/2009, -1/+4Brownsound00 you sir speak the truth.
I still find it funny that people think curry is spicy : / - YoungBeur, on 07/01/2009, -0/+2how do you know??
- theNazz, on 07/01/2009, -0/+2Probably for the same reason the USA and Israel can use White Phosphorus to cook people alive and get away with it.
- askantik, on 07/01/2009, -0/+2My leg... it's gone!!! But my eyes burn so much I can't remember my leg is gone!!!
- Kilometers, on 07/01/2009, -0/+2Tasty.
- 23cranberries, on 07/01/2009, -0/+2Chilli spice bomb.
In other words. Lunch.
(I'm Indian) - inactive, on 07/01/2009, -0/+2What country are you from?
Let me guess ........ Afghanistan? - KasparGadfly, on 07/01/2009, -0/+2...Maybe in the most desperate situations, but that's on par with using muzzle fire to light a cigarette.
- howcansheslap, on 07/01/2009, -0/+2Sounds malicious wait I mean delicious.
- Barackalypse, on 07/01/2009, -1/+3Given who their likely opponents are, I'd make bacon grenades, because not only would they make for a tasty peace-time snack, they are devastating against religious fanatics that won't even touch pork products.
- Loki101, on 07/01/2009, -0/+2Rejected TF2 Grenade suggestions no.2
- Joshislong, on 07/01/2009, -0/+2IT HURTS SO GOOD!!
- fragMasterFlash, on 07/01/2009, -0/+2You want tear gas? Pull my finger.
- gerbil20, on 07/01/2009, -0/+2Well, let's just say that this knowledge was acquired as a result of having some beers while preparing chili.
- PostGay, on 07/01/2009, -0/+1The title brought back memories of the Bee Grenades used in Incredible Thunder Lizards.
- gantz9x, on 07/01/2009, -0/+1Our upcoming weapon will be curry bombs... used to control riots and feed them.
- inactive, on 07/01/2009, -1/+2eh. I dont know why you are getting downvoted. It's true. DRDO is a cash hog. It could learn some lessons from ISRO.
- theNazz, on 07/02/2009, -0/+1It's obvious that the counter-measure to chilli pepper grenades are giant bowls of tortilla chips...
- X0rn, on 07/01/2009, -0/+1Yes, and that`s why it is illegal to use it as handgranades.
While teargas can be used by the police to control crowds, it`s illegal for the military to use it in a war. (thats because it counts as chemical warfare)
I wonder why the Indian government even allowed this and nobody complains, since it cearly violates international agreements. - copypastry, on 07/01/2009, -0/+1I can't wait to crack one of these onto my curry.
- chanman201, on 07/01/2009, -0/+1this grenade sounds tastey
- calenerd, on 07/01/2009, -0/+1Why kill them when you can burn them?
- RandomGorilla, on 07/01/2009, -0/+1This is the kind of thing I expected rednecks to come up with first using water balloons and Tobasco. Honestly I don't think this is going to end well for anyone.
- Animan351, on 07/01/2009, -0/+1I'll take mine with beef and beans please.
- kolobcreek, on 07/01/2009, -0/+1I predict a riot..... Grab the burritos and guacamole.
- str3ama, on 07/01/2009, -0/+1won't work on that women who got the guiness record and rubbed them in her eyes...talk about fearless.
- craeyon, on 07/01/2009, -0/+1That's what she said.
- SpaceRibs, on 07/01/2009, -0/+1hows about not using grenades at all to deal with protests?
every weapon people develop asks for an opposite reaction from the people who get pummeled by it. - inactive, on 07/01/2009, -0/+1Yeah, but better than using poisonous gases.
........Eco-friendly grenades. -
