- chouechoue86, on 07/03/2009, -0/+7Thank you so much Nico for your time and effort on spreading the news about Iran! I would like to thank you on behalf of all Iranians who are trying so desperately to get their fading voice heard across the world. Thank you so much!
- FTWmovin2canada, on 07/03/2009, -0/+7Keep up the great work Nico.
- kejia32, on 07/03/2009, -0/+6Nico, your live-blog is the only consistent news source about Iran since MJ died.
- booteh, on 07/03/2009, -0/+4Dear Nico, your updates on Iran is a crucial source of information for many of us here in Montreal. Please keep up the good work and help maintain this momentum. The world needs to keep hearing and seeing Iran and you’re playing a crucial role in achieving that. Thank you! Afsaneh
- Drone13, on 07/03/2009, -0/+4Great work Nico! Thanks to you, HufPo is the only news organization me and many Iranian-American's have been following throughout day since the elections in Iran. If that pinhead, Milbank, was following the news or had any knowledge of geopolitics he would have known why you were picked to ask a question, and why it was not a question the president wanted to be asked. Milbank, didn't even comprehend that Obama dodge responding to the question. I can see the pinhead scratching his head wondering why traditional media readership is declining.
- Mithradates, on 07/03/2009, -0/+4Don't forget that the last time Iran overthrew its government it took a full 13 months. Revolutions don't happen overnight and we need to keep the focus on the events in Iran as they happen. Nice to see that people on Twitter and Digg etc. are maintaining interest.
- jafshin, on 07/03/2009, -0/+4Excellent coverage Nico! Keep up the good work.
- Iowacitymama, on 07/03/2009, -0/+3Thank you, Nico. Please keep Iran in the news. Sorry about the bozo caller from Iowa this morning (asking about Iraq and whether Arianna is your boss!). We're not all bozos out here! (Remember we voted for Obama first,) Please keep the Iran posts going.
- cvc76, on 07/03/2009, -0/+3Nico- Please keep at it. Yours is the most consistent English coverage I have found. I have a feeling this is far from over. Last time took more than a year and there is more at stake this tme.
- krusade, on 07/03/2009, -0/+3I will keep digging this live-blog until Nico decides to put an end to it. Hopefully that will only happen when the brave iranians would have conquered their deserved freedom. Oppressive regimes do not belong in this century.
- smikulen, on 07/03/2009, -0/+3Nico- your work has been phenomenal. Please keep it up. Many people are depending upon you.
- Lelande, on 07/03/2009, -0/+2Nico - Just keep it up...you're the only place I can go to read what's happening. This is long, long revolution. But it is a revolution.
- SaveJake, on 07/03/2009, -0/+1Our "Corporate Media" only reports on the politics of Iran....Which is what the people of Iran are trying to change...their political leaders.
Our media has covered them acurately. The people of Iran are beautiful, wanting the same out of life as the rest of us.
Most humans want love, respect, peace, and a better life for their children. - andazazen, on 07/03/2009, -0/+1thanks, Nico! i would have been lost concerning the events in Iran if it wasn't for your blog. great work!
- Soughtout, on 07/05/2009, -0/+1Great work, Nico. Thank you for your diligence in covering this story.
- proudcitizen, on 07/04/2009, -0/+1The world needs more people like you that can see past the propoganda.
as an Iranian/American, I along with millions in Iran thank you from the bottom of our hearts. - proudcitizen, on 07/04/2009, -0/+1As a proud Iranian/American I celebrate this independence day, while my heart aches for the freedom seekers in Iran whose cries are muted, their bodies crushed, and their mindes manipulated at this very moment.
Let us remember how precious freedom is....
Nico, you are giving voice to the yearnings of millions of Iranians in Iran and all over the world. May god bring about their independence day one day as well.
Thank you very much and keep up the good work. - chautman, on 07/04/2009, -0/+1Your work is greatly appreciated.
Makes me hopeful for the future. The future of Iran, US relations with Iran, Democracy and The news media in general.
Keep it up. - Tottog, on 07/03/2009, -0/+0What Nico is doing is the most important thing on HuffPo: keeping the courage of Iranians in our consciouness.
It may also quite possibly prove to be the most important event in recent history.
I now know that Iranians are not the caricature depicted in our US corporate media.
